Nightlife district under armed control; nothing verifiable

Armed groups control most of Port-au-Prince, and kidnapping is an active threat in Pétion-Ville, the one district that carried the city's bars and restaurants. The Hotel Oloffson was destroyed by arson in July 2025 and the city's flagship international hotel has announced its closure. Nothing could be verified as both currently open and responsible to recommend, so this guide stays empty rather than inventing entries.
