The Sihanoukville the old guides describe is gone. The casino boom and bust took the Serendipity Beach Road strip with it, Otres 1 has been demolished and Otres 2 was being torn down through 2026. Not one currently trading bar or club could be confirmed, so there is no nightgame list here at all. Below are the beaches, pagodas, the national park, the islands and the two malls that verifiably exist, which is what is actually still standing.
