Claims must be submitted within 14 days after day 365 from your purchase date. Incomplete claims will not be reviewed.

The Company responds within 30 days after receiving a complete claim.

I affirm that I followed the Game Transformation Program in good faith, met all eligibility and documentation requirements, and did not achieve a Qualifying Date (an in-person date in a public place, at least 30 minutes long, with a new woman I had not had an in-person date with before purchase) during the 365 days after purchase.

Section 12 — Performance-Based Guarantee

12.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for the Game Transformation 365-Day Performance-Based Guarantee, the Member must, for the full 365 days following purchase: (a) file no chargebacks or payment disputes; (b) complete all required curriculum components, including Habits, Missions, Lifestyle Upgrades, and assigned tasks; and (c) go out and execute in the real world at least three (3) times per week and submit field reports. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement voids the guarantee.

12.2 Documentation

A complete claim must include all of the following documentation: (1) the purchase receipt; (2) dated and timestamped mission logs with photo or video proof for each mission; (3) field report screenshots from the Game Transformation or Elite group chats, three (3) per week for the full year (156 total); (4) weekly in-field photo proof, dressed and ready to approach or actively talking to a woman, at least once per week (52 total); and, where applicable, (5) proof of required purchases. Incomplete claims will not be reviewed.

12.3 Definition and Claims Process

A “Qualifying Date” means an in-person date in a public place, at least thirty (30) minutes long, with a new woman the Member had not had an in-person date with before purchase. The guarantee applies only where the Member did not achieve a Qualifying Date during the 365 days after purchase. A claim must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after day 365 from the date of purchase (the “Claim Window”). Claims submitted outside the Claim Window will not be honored. The Company will respond within thirty (30) days after receiving a complete claim.

12.4 Remedy

Where a claim is complete, timely, and satisfies all eligibility and documentation requirements set out above, the Company’s sole obligation, and the Member’s sole and exclusive remedy, is a refund of the amount paid by the Member for the Game Transformation Program. No other damages, compensation, or remedy of any kind shall be available.
